Space for Everyone to Rest, Relax & Recharge Our beachfront townhouse was designed with families and friends in mind. With 4 bedrooms, thereâs room for everyone to spread out and still feel connected. The main-level bedroom is perfect for grandparents, early risers, or anyone who prefers to avoid stairs. Just down the hall, a full bathroom with a shower makes rinsing off after a sandy beach day quick and easy. Upstairs, youâll find three more bedroomsâeach with its own cozy charm. The master suite has a private bathroom with a shower, while the hall bath offers a tub/shower combo thatâs perfect for the kidsâ evening bubble baths or a long soak while watching the last light fade from the windows. Here, every detail is set up so you can focus on what matters mostâmaking memories by the Bay.

"Bay Blessing is our favorite vacation home in all of Virginia Beach. We have been staying at Dana and Tom's home on the Chesapeake Bay for approximately eight years. What started out as an annual "boys trip" for six Virginia Tech fraternity buddies has now also turned into an annual family vacation with our children and grandchildren. This home is perfectly situated directly on the beach in a very quiet neighborhood and is within walking distance (or very short drive) to several popular bars/restaurants along Shore Drive including Hot Tuna, Shorebreak, La Pizzeria, Surf Rider, Dockside, and Chicks Oyster Bar. The tasteful decor and comfortable indoor/outdoor furnishings always make us feel at home. Because this home faces north, we get treated to beautiful sunrises and sunsets every single day. Our favorite feature is the outdoor living space including the sun room and fenced-in concrete patio overlooking the Bay; a perfect spot for meals, happy hours, and sunset watching. We express our appreciation to the McKees for sharing their wonderful beachfront home with us and can't wait to return each year. "

"Bay Blessing was AMAZING. The best part was the deck with direct access right onto the beach. You could literally have one foot on the deck and one in the sand--no long paths, obtrusive dunes, etc. This was the PERFECT setup for keeping an eye on the little ones while sipping a cocktail and watching the sunset. Also, the McKee's were super accommodating hosts and were very quick to respond when we had a minor issue with strangers parking in our designated spots. We will be returning year after year. Would definitely recommend!"

They always make sure we have everything we need. Our kids are on the sand upon waking and come in to eat and go right back out.
